Terms and Conditions for Using the Jacuzzi in the Apartment with Terrace

1. Age of Users

   • The jacuzzi is intended for individuals aged 8 and older.
   • Children under 18 may only use the jacuzzi under the supervision of an adult, who is fully responsible for their safety.

2. Health Restrictions

   • The jacuzzi is not suitable for individuals with the following health conditions:
     • varicose veins,
     • skin conditions or open wounds,
     • severe heart diseases,
     • fever or other acute illnesses,
     • epilepsy or other conditions that may lead to collapse.
   • The use of the jacuzzi during pregnancy is not recommended, especially in the first trimester, when hot water should be avoided entirely.

3. Duration of Use

   • The recommended duration in the jacuzzi is a maximum of 15–30 minutes.
   • Prolonged use may lead to overheating of the body, causing dizziness, nausea, or even loss of consciousness.
   • It is advised to start with shorter intervals and gradually extend the time to allow the body to adjust.

4. Safety Measures

   • Jumping or running around the jacuzzi is not permitted.
   • It is recommended to shower thoroughly before entering the jacuzzi.
   • Please adhere to the maximum capacity of the jacuzzi as specified in the apartment's guidelines.

5. Acknowledgment of Terms

   • By signing the accommodation terms and conditions, guests confirm that they have been informed about the jacuzzi usage rules, understand them, and agree to follow them.
